Creating a user as admin doesn´t have validations

no matter if I create a user with different password, null, without email, with 1 / 1 /1 /1 (for login password email and confirmation) it will always work out since it doesnt read validations from models. even if i create a folder admin under models and copy user.rb to there it wont validate.
